Super Bowl XLIX kicks off February’s TV programming, but the action doesn’t stop there. New series “Better Call Saul,” “Bosch,” “The Odd Couple” and “Allegiance” premiere while “House of Cards,” “Vikings,” “Foyle’s War,” “The Night Shift” and “The Voice” return for new seasons. Watch for the Grammy and Oscar ceremonies, too. If you think I’ve forgotten anything, let me know by writing a nice message in the comments section.
