Joe Fish (445 N. Dearborn St., 312-832-7700), the most recent addition to Rosebud Restaurants, is hosting a five-course, $125 dinner Feb. 11 and Feb. 12. Executive chef Joseph Farina will share his kitchen with Italian guest chef Maurizio Albarello, owner of Antica Torre in Barbaresco, Italy, in the Piedmont region. The two chefs will create the seafood-focused, Italian-inspired fare.
Their collaborative menu will feature East and West Coast oysters, swordfish carpaccio, red snapper and Albarello’s specialties and homemade pastas. Each course will be paired with wine selected by winemaker/producer Paolo Saracco of Saracco Winery in Piedmont.
The event begins at 6 p.m. with cocktails in the lounge and dinner follows at 7 p.m. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 312-832-7700.
