“It’s showtime, folks.” Well, it’s almost showtime for Bob Odenkirk and the reprisal of his “Breaking Bad” role; the spinoff prequel “Better Call Saul” in less than a month.
In an extended trailer for the new AMC series set years before Saul Goodman meets Walter White, Saul is using his original name, James McGill. But he’s still appears to be the slippery lawyer we’ve come to know and love.
Also in the new trailer are Michael McKean, who plays Saul’s brother, Chuck, and Jonathan Banks, who reprises his role as Mike Ehrmantraut. In the slip, Mike seems to be working as a parking lot attendant.
“Better Call Saul” will premiere at 9 p.m. on Feb. 8 and 9 on AMC.
