Fellsmere: Do they really taste like chicken? You can find out at the Fellsmere Frog Legs Festival, Jan. 15-18. The festival, at 22 S. Orange St., expects to attract some 80,000 visitors and supports youth recreation in the area. There will be arts and crafts, and entertainment, in addition to frog leg dinners. The dinners include grits, cole slaw and hush puppies for $9. The gator and frog leg dinners cost $14. Other food will be available as well. Info: froglegfestival.com.

Key West: The 10th Annual Florida Keys Seafood Festival is Jan. 17-18. The family-friendly fest offers fresh seafood, drinks, youth activities and marine-related crafts at Bayview Park, Truman Avenue and Jose Marti Drive. Admission is $5 (children under 12 are free). Parking is $5 per car at adjacent school lot. Event hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Festival information is at fkcfa.org. Miami Beach: The 38th Annual Art Deco Weekend celebrates the architecture of Miami Beach’s Art Deco Historic District (and is part of the celebrations of Miami Beach’s 100 first years) on Jan. 16-18. Put on by the Miami Design Preservation League, the event featuress lectures, entertainment, a street fair and more, all on Ocean Drive between 5th and 13th streets. Info: artdecoweekend.com.

Sarasota: Main Street and Gulfstream Avenue in Downtown Sarasota will be taken over by the Sarasota Fine Arts Festival, showcasing the work of more than 100 artists on Jan. 17-18. Event hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Info: paragonartevents.com.

Islamorada: The third annual Baygrass Bluegrass features Oldgrass, Newgrass, next generation Bluegrass and variations of the genre on Jan. 17-18. The event is at the ICE Amphitheater, Mile Marker 87 bayside at Founders Park. Admission is $10 in advance, $12 at the gate (children 17 and under are free).
