A 27-year-old New Lenox man was charged with theft after he was discovered using his position as an employee to steal at the Speedway gas station, 939 S. Cedar Road, on Dec. 3.
Unspecified property was taken from a model home on the 2000 block of Water Chase Drive during a Dec. 2 burglary.
