A woman, whose walk through New York City went viral because of harassment and catcalling, has already begun reciving disturbing threats online.

Actress Shoshana B. Roberts, wore a hidden camera as she walked for 10 hours throughout New York City. The repeated harassment, catcalling and men who followed her down the street were documented in a YouTube video, released Tuesday. As of Wednesday morning, the video had more than 7 million views, and sparked a large conversation on social media about harassment women face daily.

In the video, Roberts is yelled at and harassed more than 100 times. The video was commissioned by Hollaback — an organization that aims to end street harassment

— as a public service announcement.

The harassment didn’t stop at the end of the two-minute video, either. Also on Tuesday, the director of the video Emily May told Newsday that Roberts has recieved several rape threats from online commenters, including on Twitter. News explainer Vox.com posted a roundup of the disturbing threats and comments on Wednesday.
