Norton’s does Halloween
Norton’s Restaurant in Highland Park has a jampacked evening set for Halloween night. Country band Davidson County will make their Norton’s debut at 9:30 p.m. Oct. 31. Ceramics from the sea
Join Richard Cohen for his coral reef-inspired ceramic workshop from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 1. Head over to Jewett Park Community Center, where parents and children can take the class together. Orchestral evening
Guest conductor Robert Nordling will lead the Community Philharmonic Orchestra at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 1 at Trinity International University. Expect to hear the works of Franz Schubert, Igor Stravinsky and Ludwig van Beethoven. Tickets are $8 for general admission and $5 for students.
