The event’s menu features collaborative dishes crafted by chefs Rick Bayless and Lisa Despres (Frontera Grill/Topolobampo) and Arami chef Fred Despres, and there are two event times available: 5 to 6:30 p.m. and 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.

The dinner is billed as a “stroll through” experience with several tasting stations housing dishes inspired by street food in Japan and Mexico, including miso “ramen” broth, pozole corn and chashu pork with traditional pozole garnishes; steak tacos served with grilled Tokyo negi, Oaxacan pasilla-soy salsa and sancho pepper; herb green ceviche hand roll with yuzu and sesame; chicken yakitori chayote with a habanero-yuzu salsa, and green tea tres leches with meringue and Japanese candy. The price includes one specialty cocktail and sake tasting; additional libations are available at a cash bar featuring cocktails, beer and sake.
