A few bits of business in today’s food roundup:

Marty Fosse, who is to the 5200 block of North Clark Street what Rick Bayless is to the 400 block of North Clark Street, is opening his fourth Andersonville restaurant in October. It’ll be called Summerdale, a comfort foods-focused 80-seater that will join Fosse’s Anteprima, Acre and Bar Ombra in the neighborhood. A peek at the menu includes beef bologna sandwich, chicken pot pie and slow cooked pork shoulder. Fosse is also behind Azzurra EnoTavola in Wicker Park.

Four weirdos who will probably die soon construct an all-bacon burger. It’s a bit much even for me. [YouTube]

Per my colleague Kenney Marlatt, people began lining up for Hot Doug’s at 8 p.m. last night. That’s 14.5 hours. It will only get crazier. [Twitter]
