Strap on those dance shoes and throw inhibitions to the wind for West Ridge Center’s Dance Factor at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 26. Learn to dance like a pro with no experience necessary. Blitz creek bop
Founded in 1978, Blitz Creek Band will bring more than 35 years of experience to Norton’s stage at 9:30 p.m. Sept. 27. This group, which calls Deerfield home, pack their shows with 1970s classic rock and endless jam-band romps. This is a free event. Art with wine
Popular art franchise Pinot’s Palette will team up with While Foods to mix art, wine and desserts at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 30. Attendees can enjoy Pinot’s Palette’s reputation for combining painting and wine and can take home their own canvas creations. This event is $40 per person. The Patty Turner Center Men’s Club will welcome speaker Susan Benjamin for an in-depth look into legendary performer Al Jolson from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Sept. 30. Each week, this club of more than 100 men meets for coffee, pastries and presentations covering an array of topics by various professionals from across the country.
