The irreverent Henry’s Swing Club introduces a new menu item Tuesday: fried bull’s testicles, otherwise known as Rocky Mountain oysters. Should diners who choose to take Henry’s Big Ball Challenge and partake in the delicacy will $2 taken off their check.
“Henry’s is a place to have fun—and what’s more fun then a good dare? Honestly, they taste great especially if you don’t know what you’re eating,” says chef Michael Kornick, who has been nominated for a James Beard Award five times for best chef, Midwest. Reluctant eaters can also just douse them in the accompanying lemon juice and cocktail sauce.
