The following items were gathered from Geneva police reports:
A 40-year-old Cortland man was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and improper lane usage on Sept. 1. He was stopped in the 1400 block of West State Street.
A 20-year-old Geneva woman was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage on Aug. 31. She was driving in the 1400 block of West State Street around 5:45 a.m. when she was stopped by police.
A wooden mailbox and its post was reported damaged by a homeowner in the 800 block of Dunstan Road. The man said it was damaged around 11:30 p.m. on Aug. 31 and said the damage was about $250.
A 64-year-old Chicago man was cited for public intoxication at the Geneva Train Depot at 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 2.
