Rainbow Thai, the Lincoln Square hole in the wall, is literally adding a hole to its wall. The “it” restaurant du jour among dining nerds is doubling its dining room. It will expand to the empty space next door and add bathroom facilities. Renovation, owner Pramote Rukprueksachart tells me, will hopefully finish by mid-October.
