To celebrate the World Basketball Festival and the game’s international fanbase, Nike has programmed a slate of events culminating with an exhibition matchup between the U.S. Men’s National Team taking on Brazil at the United Center on Saturday. Last week, Nike opened a pop-up shop at 900 S. Wabash and will offer customizeable gear and sneakers.
If you’d prefer action to retail therapy, there’s tons of events to get involved with. Nike is offering youth basketball clinics for ages 8 – 18 at both then Hayes Court and the Jackson Park cages until Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Below is a full calendar of events which begin Thursday.
