‘s Red Hour producing for New Line.
Stuart Cornfeld and Debbie Liebling from Red Hour are attached to produce.
The studio acquired Byrne’s pitch, and he will pen the script with Terry Scannell, Aaron Ginsburg and Wade McIntyre. Story centers on three estranged sons promising their dying father that they will their sister from marrying her “douchey” fiance.
Byrne will play the middle brother. He was most recently seen in “The Wolf of Wall Street” and “Final Destination 5.”
Dave Neustadter and Walter Hamada will oversee it for New Line.
Byrne is repped by Michael Greene and Associates and Principato-Young.
