Former Campbell Soup President and CEO Doug Conant has been tapped to lead the newly formed Kellogg Executive Leadership Institute at Northwestern University.

Kellogg said in a release Friday that the institute “will augment and strengthen existing senior-level executive education programs, as well as design new approaches for C-suite leadership development and drive research that explores key issues facing CEOs.”
Conant is a Kellogg alum from the class of 1976. He’s tasked with collaborating with Kellogg’s executive education staff to develop and launch the first new programs in 2014.
