Back-to-back road games against Big Ten foes, back-to-back prime time kickoffs for Notre Dame.
The Irish will play both Michigan and Purdue at night this September, according to an ESPN announcement. The games will kick off at 8 p.m. ET.
Notre Dame’s game against Michigan previously had been established as a night game, with only the kickoff time left to be determined. The Irish and Wolverines tangled in the first-ever night game at Michigan Stadium in 2011.
Adding Purdue as a night game makes it at least four prime-time appearances for Notre Dame in 2013. Still to be announced are kickoff times for a Nov. 9 game at Pittsburgh and the Nov. 30 season finale at Stanford.
