The Cubs signed second-round draft pick Duane Underwood, a high school pitcher from Georgia, on Friday, meaning they have signed all of their first 20 selections.
Underwood, who is still 17 years old, will be sent to Mesa. The 6-2, 205-pounder struck out 75 in 50 1/3 innings for Pope High School.
