Kraft’s international snacking business will move to 3 Parkway North in Deerfield following the spin-off of its North American grocery business later this year.
“We wanted a location with good access to the airport but not one that would terribly inconvenience employees with a different kind of commute after years of working in Northfield,” a spokesman said.
The new company, to be called Mondelez International, will move about 400 employees, to 105,000 square feet which is being custom-designed with an open seating plan, the spokesman said.
Kraft’s grocery spin-off, to be called Kraft Foods, will remain in Northfield.
