White Sox manager Robin Ventura has an easy task while filling out his lineup card, because the entire lineup, top to bottom, is clicking.
So Ventura will use the same nine Saturday behind Gavin Floyd as the Sox face the Mariners in a 3:10 p.m. game (WGN-Channel 9). Obviously, the winning streak the Sox are on came from more than Paul Konerko.
“Other people have to go on streaks and do things,” Ventura said. “You can’t expect one guy to do it all. For a lot of guys, they can’t do what he does, and they shouldn’t expect to do that.”
The lineup:
De Aza, cf
Beckham, 2b
Dunn, DH
Konerko, 1b
Rios, rf
Pierzynski, c
Viciedo, lf
Ramirez, ss
Hudson, 3b
