He’s our favorite architectural son, but Frank Lloyd Wright’s legacy is spread wide. In October, the Chicago-based Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust will lead a tour of some of his Western Pennsylvania highlights.
“Wright Way Pennsylvania: Fallingwater and More,” Oct. 1-4, will include stops at his legendary Fallingwater, Duncan House (moved to Acme, Pa. from Lisle in 2002) and Kentuck Knob. There will also be non-Wright architectural stops during the weekend. The full itinerary can be seen here.
Costs start at $1,795, and include accommodations at the Omni William Penn Hotel and the Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and Spa, two lunches, two dinners, transportation for the weekend, and all entrance and guide fees.
