An app for that
Are you dieting and wondering how your iPhone can help? Of course not, but it can. The new Meal Snap app from fitness social network DailyBurn claims it can calculate the calorie count in your food simply by analyzing a picture of it. Meal Snap compares your picture to a database of 500,000 foods and sends you a message with an approximate calorie range for your dinner. Or use it before the entree arrives, because, as it turns out, there’s an app for that app.
