About 60 bus drivers and Teamster representatives protested outside the headquarters of Durham School Services in Downers Grove April 28, and accused the company of stifling organizing efforts.
Union representatives are accusing Durham, a subsidiary of the British company National Express Group, of unfair labor practices and anti-union behavior. Durham is the second-largest provider of school bus services in the country with about 17,750 transportation employees.
