What we fell in love with: The new line of children’s tableware from Heath Ceramics.

Why we’re glad we found it: Heath Ceramics has been making organically beautiful pottery in Sausalito, Calif., since the mid-20th Century. But October marked the first time the company toyed with kids’ ware. The three-piece tableware set is paired with miniature versions of British cutlery designer David Mellor’s ceramic-handled flatware. The collection is bright with matte Crayola color and full of potential to be handed down from sibling to sibling, cousin to cousin, friend to friend.

Cost: $135 for a set (bowl, plate, cup, fork, spoon and knife).

Where you can find it: heathceramics.com.
