“Storm Cell”
8 p.m., Lifetime
It’s got the Emerald City and a twister … but no, this drama isn’t “The Wizard of Oz.” A storm chaser discovers that Seattle is about to become the new Tornado Alley and heads there to warn her brother, who moved there expressly to avoid tornadoes; they both watched their parents die in one. Of course, he doesn’t believe her, but he’d better come around soon, because the big one is headed their way. Mimi Rogers and Robert Moloney star.
