Shares of YRC Worldwide Inc. tumbled to $16.08. The nation’s biggest trucking company reported a fourth-quarter loss as it wrote down the value of two acquisitions. Excluding the write-down, YRC said it earned 1 cent a share. On that basis, analysts expected earnings of 53 cents a share.
