Who’s Notorious?

Columbia College grads Bob Teitel and George Tillman (“Barbershop,” “Roll, Bounce”) are all set to begin production of “Notorious,” the Fox Searchlight biopic about late rapper Christopher Wallace (a.k.a. The Notorious B.I.G.). But there’s one big question mark: They still haven’t cast the title role. Teitel tells Armour & Co. reports that R&B crooner Sean Kingston (“Beautiful Girls”) got the part are false and he’s still searching for the lead via www.biggiecasting.com so that production can begin later this year in Brooklyn. “It could be a newcomer — that doesn’t really matter,” Teitel told us.
