Joan Rivers and her Red Carpet coverage continues Sunday with “Joan & Melissa’s Guide to the Grammys” on the TV Guide channel (there’s also a fashion wrap-up special on Monday). “We’ve been doing this for 11 years now,” Rivers told us about the shows with daughter Melissa Rivers when we talked to her a few days ago. “We started the whole thing. It’s amazing that it’s turned into this huge business.” Rivers–who was at last month’s Golden Globes and also will be at this month’s Oscars–said she rarely gets negative feedback from celebrities when she’s been unkind. “The smart ones know it’s all publicity and it’s all fun,” Rivers told Armour & Co. “And when you’re making $20 million a year, do you really care if I didn’t like your dress? People like Julia Roberts will literally walk up to me and say, `What do you think? Tell me to my face.’ I think it’s fun.”
