The Colts went through a normal Friday practice, working out for about 90 minutes. Coach Tony Dungy has given them Saturday and Sunday off before getting back to work Monday with another light workout, then flying to Miami.

The Bears are flying Sunday, as most Super Bowl teams do, but Dungy wants to keep the Colts on their regular schedule. That schedule includes the Monday workout.

“We’ll get some running in, and that will be our only workout between now and Wednesday, so it’ll be a little more than a walk-through,” Dungy said.

“We put our schedule together for what we thought would be the best way for us to win. With us having three playoff games that were very tough, very emotional, very physical, my thought was to get a lot of good work on Chicago, then take a couple of days off to get away from it.

“We’ll . . . let them enjoy the atmosphere Monday and Tuesday and get into the regular workweek. We’re trying to keep it as routine as we can.”

Dungy will impose a curfew beginning Tuesday night, but he wouldn’t reveal the time.
