Huskies outlook: The Garrett Wolfe Heisman Trophy Tour Part II could prove to be another big show. While Wolfe is averaging 236 yards rushing per game, Miami ranks 105th in the country against the run. The Redhawks’ average will likely go up from their average of 182.2 yards per game. On defense, the Huskies’ secondary again will be tested. Miami’s passing attack is averaging 231.8 yards per game.
Redhawks outlook: The Cradle of Coaches, which produced NIU’s Joe Novak, among others, isn’t used to starting 0-5. The Redhawks have lost to Northwestern, Purdue in overtime, Kent State by two points, Syracuse and Cincinnati. Miami has been hit by injury and is thin, but it will be homecoming. Quarterback Mike Kokal (23rd nationally in total offense) is questionable. Redshirt freshman QB Daniel Raudabaugh was 21 of 48 for 190 yards and two interceptions last week in his first start.
