Back in April, Q wrote about “The Search for the Next Ivory Family” contest. And, lo and behold, an Illinois family snagged the top prize.
Mary Rose Bell of Oak Brook, her daughter Sandra Mecklenburg and granddaughter Alexandra, both of Plainfield, are the new face of Ivory soap.
The trio competed against more than 1,000 families in the national contest looking for three generations of Ivory users.
Aside from garnering the “Ivory Family” title, they won a $40,000 college scholarship and will be showcased on Ivory.com.
You might say the Bell-Mecklenburg family, um, cleaned up.
