The 2006 Parade of Homes, sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago, is planned for Oct. 11-29 at the Settlers Ridge development in Sugar Grove.
The beginning and ending dates of the show are one week later than previously announced.

Eight builders will participate, showing homes priced at $500,000 to $700,000. They are Kackert Homes, Batavia; Highfield Homes Ltd.; McFarlane Constuction; Midwest Cutom Homes Inc.; Old Towne Custom Builder Inc.; Ed Saloga Builders Inc.; and Tower Builders LLC, all of St. Charles; and Vintage Development Inc., Sugar Grove.
The parade home will be adjacent to the Settlers Ridge model homes featuring designs from $200,000 to $400,000. Settlers Ridge is a 1,300-acre master-planned development by Kimball Hill Homes at the corner of Galena Boulevard and Gordon Road in Sugar Grove.
