The Naperville Plan Commission on Wednesday voted against recommending a proposal for 22 town homes on 6 acres along Naperville-Plainfield Road.
Naperville-based Crestview Builders is seeking to rezone the land from single-family residential to multifamily residential to allow for the town homes.
Dozens of residents from nearby neighborhoods spoke out against the proposal.
