Three networks are hunting for contestants for upcoming reality shows.
– Producers of ABC’s next edition of “The Bachelor,” set for January, are looking for “the man of every woman’s dreams,” which a news release defines as “a handsome, ambitious, charming, successful guy who is looking to settle down.” For more details, go to thebachelor.tv.
– The first open call for the next season of NBC’s “The Apprentice” took place over the weekend in Huntington Beach, Calif. NBC has 16 more open calls planned. Details are at nbc.com.
– Finally, Martha Stewart, who will topline her own “Apprentice” in the fall, is looking for a few bad cooks for her daytime show. She’s hunting for the “Worst Chef in America,” who Stewart plans to turn into a good cook. E-mail [email protected].
