Brian Diamond, 48, a Wheaton attorney, has been appointed DuPage County’s newest associate judge.
Diamond, a former county prosecutor from 1982 to 1986, is a partner with the Wheaton law firm of Walsh, Knippen, Knight & Diamond. He has specialized in personal injury, wrongful death and professional negligence cases.
Diamond was elected to replace Associate Judge Eugene Wojcik, who is retiring.
He is to be sworn in later this summer.
