President Clinton has been added to the lineup for CBS’ “Late Show” on Thursday, and smart money says he and David Letterman will have a heart-to-heart. It will be Clinton’s first “Late Show” appearance since undergoing a quadruple bypass in September. Letterman went under the knife for a quintuple bypass in January 2000.
