Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Sticking to the same workout six days a week in the gym can be tedious. If you need a reprieve from your routine, take it outside. A great move you can do on any park bench is the abdominal kick out. Try two sets of 15 to 20 repetitions.

– Sit on the edge of a bench with your hands behind your hips and fingers pointed toward your back.

– Lean back slightly, squeeze your abs and draw your knees in toward your chest.

– With your toes pointed, deliberately extend your legs straight out and up.

– Then, draw your knees back in toward your chest.

– Extend your legs toward the ground and back again toward your chest.
