Cable network GSN has found a segment of society that doesn’t have its own awards ceremony and is rushing to fill the void.
The channel, home to “The World Series of Blackjack” and “Poker Royale,” will honor the best professional gamblers and casino performers in the business with the inaugural GSN Casino Awards, to be broadcast in December.
The awards will span a number of categories related to the casino business and will include honors for best professional poker and blackjack player, best casino magician and best celebrity poker player. They’ll also include categories for the best “casino-related” scenes in movies and TV.
