With Larkin leading 40-39 and 1:36 remaining in 4th, Royals’ Eyad Salem’s 5 points keyed 9-2 run to end game. Dayvon Ellis scored 17 for Larkin (15-15), and Carliss Henderson had 14 for St. Charles North (16-16).

At Conant
Jon Scheyer’s 36 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists led Glenbrook North (27-2). Lake Park (17-11), led by Mike Balleto’s 18 pts, was within 9 with 6:15 left in game, but Spartans answered with 6-0 run to take 60-45 lead.
Hillcrest 70 Joliet 48
At Joliet
Hillcrest (24-4) increased 50-40 lead at 6:55 in 4th with 20-8 burst. Jerel McNeal (21 pts), Maurice Acker (16) had 6 each in run. William Bills led Joliet (18-9) with 20.
Westinghouse 51 Lincoln Park 40
At St. Ignatius
Trailing 35-34 heading into 4th, Westinghouse (27-3) opened with 8-0 run as DeAndre Thomas scored 4 of his 11 points. Thomas added 6 rebounds. Michael Thompson had 16 points for Lincoln Park (18-9).
Simeon 59 Hyde Park 54
At St. Xavier
Hyde Park cut Simeon lead to 2 with :45 left in game, but Simeon’s Derrick Rose hit 2 FTs and converted 3-pt play to put Wolverines up 56-50. Rose and Timothy Green scored 17 to lead Simeon. Hyde Park’s Raphael Woodson led all scorers with 20 and grabbed 6 rebounds.

Elliot Engelmann scored 8 of his 18 in Downers South’s 14-2 run to open 2nd half, making score 43-24. Bryan Mullins also had 18 for Mustangs, and Dan Miller added 11. Tony Moeaki led Wheaton South with 15 pts.

Seneca 55 Colfax Ridgeview 44
At Olivet Nazarene
Seneca (30-1) outscored Ridgeview 21-12 in second half to send game to OT, then pounded Ridgeview 17-6 in extra period. Garrett Callahan led Irish with game-high 33 points. Griffin Callahan and Robert Rexroade had 8 points and 8 rebounds apiece. Seneca will face Flora in state quarterfinal.
