I completely disagree with Hosea L. Martin about “toilet passes” for admittance into supposedly “public” restroom facilities. Remember many years back when you had to pay a nickel or dime to access a public toilet?
What we need are strong sanitation laws that compel minimum availability of toilet facilities within a certain area without charge.
I truly believe that if Martin was unfortunate enough to have a serious gastrointestinal ailment, he would think twice about what he has proposed.
