Public League sports administrator Calvin Davis is scheduled to meet at 1 p.m. Monday with Julian standout Nyal “Mac” Koshwal and his parents about an eligibility issue that could affect his status for the remainder of the season.

Koshwal, a 6-foot-8-inch sophomore and one of the top five players in the city, was born in Africa, moved to Canada and enrolled at Julian last year. Losing Koshwal would be a severe blow to Julian’s postseason hopes.
