Griffin brings ‘D-List’ life to Bravo series

For a self-professed D-lister, Kathy Griffin sure manages to keep busy.

The comic/actress, who has made a career in recent years of her relative lack of stature in the Hollywood pecking order, will let a Bravo crew follow her around for a six-episode series about her lack of fame. “Kathy Griffin: Life on the D-List” is set to premiere later this year, giving the confessed reality-TV junkie her own unscripted show. She taped a stand-up special for Bravo–a variation on her celebrity-skewering show at L.A.’s Laugh Factory and also called “The D-List”–last year.
