The previously released two-disc anthology “Beyond and Back” featured a bevy of b-sides, demos and rarities, manna for completists but maybe not the best introduction to the legendary L.A. act. “Make the Music Go Bang!” rectifies the oversight with a different two-disc selection of X’s best.
