Behind 14 points from Samantha Woods, the Friars (23-2, 7-0) clinched at least a share of the conference title for the 10th straight season. Alison Jackson and Brittaney Johnson each scored 11 for Fenwick. Jenny Stinich led Nazareth (14-11, 2-6) with 17 points.

Deirdre Naughton scored 13 of her 15 in the 2nd half — including 9 in the 4th — helping the Trevians (20-5) pull away from a 21-21 halftime tie. Maddie Johnson scored 15 for New Trier, which won behind a 7-0 spurt in the 3rd, and Katherine Dykstra chipped in 12. Mallory Heydorn, Maegan Skahill and Colleen Caplice each scored 11 for Lyons (15-8).

Jenny Eckhart’s 20 points led the Corsairs (20-3, 4-1), which opened the 4th with an 11-0 run. Theresa Ogrinc scored 8 of her 16 in the 4th for Carmel, and Caitlin Krombach hit three 3-pointers en route to 15 points. Krista Mayyou scored 18 to pace St. Viator (11-10, 2-6).

Gabrielle Cottrell drained a 3-pointer with :10 left in regulation, and the Knights (19-3, 7-1) prevailed in OT. Cottrell finished with 20 points, 6 assists and Jessica Travers scored 6 of her 20 in OT. Brooke Peterson had 19 points, 13 rebounds for Rolling Meadows (4-17, 0-7).

The Eagles (18-5) enjoyed a 14-0 1st-quarter run and rolled from there as Erin Cattell scored 18 and Megan Cummens added 16. Becky Brockschmidt scored 11 off the bench to lead Hinsdale South (18-6).

Hyde Park (17-3, 7-0) won behind a 54-point 2nd half outburst. Dunbar (10-9, 5-2) took a 32-23 halftime lead after Hyde Park endured a scoring drought of 8:33 in the 1st half. Stefhon Hannah scored 15 of his 21 in the 3rd, including 11 during a 19-4 run, as Hyde Park rallied to take a 53-46 lead into the 4th. David Orr scored 21 to lead Dunbar.
