Despite plenty of “American Idol” promotion and much critical admiration, Fox’s “Keen Eddie” failed to find an audience even amid the doldrums of summer.

The edgy fish-out-of-water drama will get another chance starting in January on Bravo.

“Keen Eddie” will make its Bravo debut at 8 p.m. Jan. 20, where it will serve as a lead-in to “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy.”

“We’re thrilled to be adding ‘Keen Eddie’ to our prime-time lineup,” says Dan Harrison, Bravo’s vice president of strategic program planning. “It’s smart, it’s stylish, and it’s a perfect fit given the new direction we’re taking Bravo.”

The series, created by J.H. Wyman, stars Mark Valley (“Pasadena”) as a New York cop forced to go to London to clean up a drug bust gone bad. He ends up taking a gig at Scotland Yard and sharing a flat with Sienna Miller’s saucy Fiona.

Bravo will begin with the show’s pilot on Jan. 20 and will air all 13 episodes, including six all-new shows. The first unseen episode will premiere Jan. 27.
