Daniel Bolger scored 16 points as second seed St. Patrick (7-1) upended Buffalo Grove 43-41. … Senior C.C. Kilbert hit a three-pointer and two free throws in overtime to lead Dundee-Crown (4-4) to a 78-74 upset of third-seed Batavia. Guard Kevin Bryant poured in 40 points for the Bulldogs (7-3), but had just three in overtime. Sophomore Sam Lynch led Dundee with 23 points. . . . Guard Matthew Monaghan had 17 points as Fremd (7-2) handed Wheaton North (5-3) a 76-50 loss. . . . Laron Frazier scored 19 points as Waukegan (6-4) blew by Mt. Lee McGinnis scored 14 points and grabbed 11 rebounds as Glenbard South (7-2) rolled past Glenbard North 62-40. . . .
