At Maria, Maggie Duggan’s 14 points and 7 steals led No. 3 Loyola (14-0) to a 39-21 win over Downers Grove South. Brittany Bobruk led Downers South with 8 points. . . . Gina Thompson distributed 7 assists to go along with 18 points as Maria held off Lake Park 55-50. Vanessa Zavala collected 17 points and 10 rebounds for Maria, while Tracy Rainey’s 18 points and 10 rebounds led Lake Park. . . . At Barrington, Kristyn Castonzo’s 10 points led Lake Zurich (9-3) to a 37-26 win over Maine South. Meghan Polston led Maine South (6-9) with 10 points. . . . Alison Twite scored 14 points and Erin Lernihan added 10 as Barrington (6-7) downed Vernon Hills 46-33.

Wheaton North

No. 5 Glenbrook South (12-0) rolled past St. Francis 65-34 as Sara Stutz scored 24 points, including 10 in the first quarter when the Titans outscored St. Francis 23-8. Pam Findlay added 15 points and three three-pointers for the winners. . . . Leigh Graham led all scorers with 17 points as Lyons hit 7-of-8 free throws in the final minute to hold off Elk Grove 58-49. Megan Skahill scored 14 points for the Lions (10-2), while Danielle Farrell led Elk Grove (5-6) with 16 points. . . . Schaumburg (7-5) defeated Wheaton North 56-42 behind 17 points from Kelly Wernert and 11 from Stephanie Rion. . . . Defending tourney champ Hersey (7-5) rolled past West Aurora 63-44 behind 19 points from Adrienne Laut.. . . . Meghan Bescher drained seven three-pointers and scored 13 of her 25 points in the second quarter to spark Glenbard North (11-2) to a 48-38 win over Downers North. . . . Erin Draski posted 21 points as Willowbrook (5-7) held off Waubonsie Valley 51-45.

Warren

Jenny Eckhart and Caitlin Krombach each scored 17 points to lead No. 11 Carmel to a 58-55 victory over No. 20 Grayslake. Rachel Miner hit three three-pointers in the final five minutes to help Grayslake pull within 56-55, the last one coming with 7.5 seconds left. But Eckhart sank a pair of free throws to seal the win for Carmel. Kayla Ming scored 18 points for Grayslake. . . . Krombach had 22 points and six threes as Carmel (10-2) won its second game of the day, 43-28 over Warren. . . . Jenner Johnson scored 15 points as Lake Forest (8-6) beat Grayslake 54-47. Kayla Ming led Grayslake (9-3) with 23 points. . . . Alanna Loukas hit a pair of free throws with 1.9 seconds left to lift Deerfield to a 34-33 win over Lake Forest.

Benet/Naperville North

No. 14 Benet (12-2) eased past Glenbard West 48-28 as the Redwings shutout the Hilltoppers 13-0 in the second quarter. Chandra Smith scored a game-high 12 points for Benet. . . . Karly Leonard hit a three-pointer midway through the fourth quarter to give West Chicago (6-6) the lead for good in a 45-38 win over Wheaton Warrenville South. . . . Tina Frieson sank four three-pointers on her way to a game-high 21 points as Proviso East (4-6) edged York 53-47.

Mother McAuley

Alison Sansone scored 15 points and Caprice Smith added 14 as No. 17 Trinity (6-3) registered a 78-37 win over Immaculate Heart of Mary (3-9). . . . Tonesha Members scored 15 points and Caprice Smith chipped in 13 in Trinity’s 60-40 win over Hyde Park. Jessica Edwards led Hyde Park (6-3) with 14 points. . . . Jill Sweeney hit four three-pointers to finish with 16 points as McAuley (8-3) routed St. Benedict 72-32.

Niles North

Lacey Simpson tossed in 26 points as Zion-Benton held off Simeon 55-52. . . . Natasha Williams poured in 30 points to lead Niles North (8-5) past Nazareth 70-55. . . . Amber Slaughter collected 21 points and 13 rebounds as Oak Park (8-5) rolled to a 66-38 win over Marian Central. . . . Mary Dennewitz and Jamie Majerowicz each scored nine points as Lane Tech (8-4) topped Rolling Meadows 65-39.

St. Ignatius

Kate Grunauer and Maureen Downs scored 15 and 13 points, respectively, as Marist rolled to a 63-34 win over Mother Guerin. . . . . . . Sarah Dickerson-Locke’s 18 points led Latin to a 49-36 win over Thornridge. Karen Dizon collected seven points, eight assists and 11 steals for the Romans (11-0).

Oak Lawn

Kim Cignam scored 13 points and tournament MVP Laurie Felton added five points and 12 rebounds as Oak Lawn (9-3) defeated Richards 47-41 for the title. Jenny Belter had 16 points, including five three-pointers, for Richards (11-2).
