Lindsay Olive Co. is putting peace on the front door and on the table.

The Lafayette, Calif., company — known for its olives that are used in snacks, cocktails and recipes — is creating 20-inch-diameter wreaths made of fresh, green olive branches.

The company is donating its profits from the wreath sales to America’s Second Harvest, the nation’s largest hunger-relief organization.

“We’re proud to offer this beautiful wreath as a powerful symbol of our holiday wishes — for a peaceful world where no one is hungry,” says Tiffin Whitfield, Lindsay’s director of marketing.

The wreaths sell for $50 each, plus shipping, and are available only at www.lindsayolives.com. Orders will be accepted through Dec. 22.
