The bubbly will overflow at Geja’s Cafe, 340 W. Armitage Ave., at the 24th Annual Champagne Festival. The festival, featuring sparkling wines from around the world, will run Dec. 1-Jan. 31. 773-281-9101.

Champagne Flight Night at Stoney River Legendary Steaks, 20504 N. Rand Rd., Deer Park, will feature champagnes from Piper Heidsieck, Mumm Napa, and Schramsberg. The tasting, with light appetizers, will be at 6:30 p.m. Monday. Cost is $20. 847-719-1596.
