Illinois sophomore Dee Brown showed off his refined perimeter shooting en route to 26 points in the Illini’s 91-66 exhibition victory over the Illinois All-Stars at the Assembly Hall in Champaign.

“It’s something I worked on,” Brown said. “You have to be able to knock down those shots.” Brown went 5-for-9 from three-point range and had seven assists, two steals and just two turnovers.

Brown helped offset the absence of Luther Head and Aaron Spears, who were suspended for breaking a team rule.
